As we enter a new year it is all so easy to make resolutions that we know in our hearts we cannot keep. Good intentions alone are insufficient, for real change can only begin from within.
Only by going within can we access our soul’s voice, our sub-conscious mind and indeed our super-conscious mind beyond. For all of us are multi-faceted expressions of the divine.
Your brain is merely a control centre for the physical body that you currently reside in. When your body ceases to function it is your mind, your consciousness that will return to its origin, from whence you came.
There that consciousness will rejoin other consciousnesses that have gone before. You will become whole again as it were, embracing the learning from all your incarnations.
Your earthly passage for that period will be complete, your mission was accepted and lived, whether that was successful or not against the original intent was a matter of your free will, the choices you made.
All will become clear and there will never be a period of greater reflection than that you will encounter on the spirit side of life.
There are of course many reading this who will mock and cast their hands asunder at our perceived stupidity, our poor judgement in the matter of life. Those people see their current world as solid, definitive, limited to 3 score years and ten. They lack the capacity to think beyond the here and now. Perhaps that is for their future incarnations?
For now, they are where they are and there is little point in those that are enlightened to waste their energy on the debate. All in good time and as was intended.
So, to the new year you may cast your earthly eyes but know that this is just another step on your eternal journey. Cry not for those who have gone before you for they are closer than you think.
